I chose Milex based on online reviews only and I’m so glad I did. My check engine light came on and I was looking for someone to run diagnostics without the $100 charge some places charge just to pull in their lot. I called on a week day looking for an appt and was told I could come right in. I work during the week so I wasn’t able to, but got scheduled for a Saturday appt. They got me right in, diagnosed within 20 mins. They ordered the part, that was delivered within 15-20 mins. and the tech had me out the door in the next 15 mins. I’ll never go anywhere else. They treat you like family. They’re honest and upfront and aren’t looking to do additional unnecessary work just to make a buck. Even got a little tour and introduced to other employees. You guys got it right. My Explorer is running excellent and they’ll be the only ones to repair it in the future (hopefully I won’t need it), but if I do it will be my only call. Thank you!!
